Diaveridine /DVD Powder Usage and Synthesis.
It has antimicrobial effect, it has obvious synergistic effect on sulfonamides and antimicrobials, it is less absorbed internally and has high concentration in the stomach and intestines, it is suitable for intestinal infections, it is mixed with sulfa quinoline or sulfa methoxy pyrimidine to make pre-mixing agent which can be added into feed, it can also be made into tablets and creams, it is used for treating the bacterial infections of poultry, and it also has a good prevention and treatment for anticoccidial diseases and intestinal infections of livestock and poultry. It is also used for the treatment of bacterial infections in poultry.
Veterinary sulfonamide synergist, used for the prevention and treatment of bacterial infections in poultry. It is also an anticoccidial drug, combined with sulfaquinoxaline to treat coccidiosis in poultry.
Uses and functions of Diaveridine /DVD Powder.
Antimicrobial effect, to sulfonamides and antimicrobials have obvious synergistic effect, less internal absorption, high concentration in the stomach and intestines, suitable for intestinal infections, this product and sulfa quinoline or sulfa p-methoxypyrimidine mixed to make a premix can be added to the feed, can also be made into tablets paste, used for the treatment of bacterial infections of poultry, anticoccidioidomycosis and intestinal infections of livestock and poultry have a good preventive and curative effects.
Pharmacological Effects of Diaveridine /DVD Powder.
TMP is a special antimicrobial agent for livestock and poultry, with the same antimicrobial effect and antimicrobial range as TMP, it has obvious synergistic effect on sulfonamides and antimicrobials, but the oral absorption rate is low. The concentration of the drug in the blood is only 1/5 of that of TMP, and the inhibitory effect of combining with anti-coccidial sulfonamides on coccidia is stronger than that of TMP.
Production method of Diaveridine /DVD Powder.
It is obtained from 3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (vanillin) by methylation, condensation, addition and cyclisation.
Production method of vanillin as raw material, first methylated with dimethyl sulfate to get 3,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde (veratraldehyde), and then condensed with methoxypropionitrile to generate 3',4'-dimethoxy-2-cyano-3-methoxypropene, and then through the addition, and finally with the guanidine nitrate cyclic combination and obtained. Vanillin dissolved in sodium hydroxide solution at 60-80 ℃ dropwise addition of dimethyl sulfate, and alkaline conditions (HP7-9) under reflux reaction for 3 h. The reaction solution is slightly cooled and then extracted with toluene, the extract recovered solvent to obtain veratraldehyde. In methanol and sodium methanol solution, veratraldehyde and methoxypropionitrile were refluxed at 65-70 ℃ for 5 h. After cooling with water, the product was crystallised, filtered and dried to obtain 3',4'-dimethoxy-2-cyano-3-methoxypropene.
