Tetramisole hydrochloride Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Tetramidazole hydrochloride can improve the resistance of patients to bacterial and viral infection. It is used as adjuvant therapy after lung cancer and breast cancer surgery or after chemotherapy for acute leukemia and advanced lymphoma. In addition, it can also be used for autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus and upper sense, children respiratory infection, hepatitis, dysentery, sore boil, abscess and so on. Uses and functions of Tetramisole hydrochloride.
Tetramidazole hydrochloride is a repellent for intestinal worms. The activity of levamisole is about twice that of racemate, and the toxicity and side effects are also low. Tetramisole acted on roundworm muscles, reducing their resting potential from 34 mV to 10 mV, and induced a twitching response in the muscles previously stimulated with high K Tetramisole (0.1 mM) in cats, directly or indirectly. Tetramisole (0.1 mM) acts on chickens to enhance the preparation of the tic response and reverse the inhibition of Tubocurarine, producing reversible neuromuscular block and muscle contracture.
