Feed additive Bulk Lincomycin Hydrochloride Powder
Product Overview:
Lincomycin Hydrochloride, also known as chlorojasmin hydrochloride, jiminlik, jasmin, likosam, lincomycin, lincomycin, lincosamycin hydrochloride, is a white crystalline powder at room temperature, with a slight or peculiar odour and a bitter taste, it is easily soluble in water or methanol, and it is commonly used in feed in the form of its hydrochloride salt. This drug is a product of Streptomyceslincolnensis colony growth, a lincosamide (Lincosamides) alkaline antibiotic, by acting on the 50S subunit of the ribosome of the sensitive bacteria, preventing the prolongation of the peptide chain, so as to inhibit the protein synthesis of the bacterial cells, with bacteriostatic effect, but in high concentrations on highly However, at high concentration, it also has bactericidal effect on highly sensitive bacteria.

Feed additive Bulk Lincomycin Hydrochloride Powder Details
Lincomycin Hydrochloride Powder Usage and Synthesis.
The antibacterial spectrum is the same as lincomycin, but the antibacterial activity is stronger, the oral absorption is fast and complete (about 90%), and eating has little effect on absorption. Lincomycin hydrochloride mainly has strong antibacterial effect on Gram-positive bacteria, certain anaerobes and mycobacteria, and its antibacterial spectrum is narrower than that of erythromycin.
Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, pneumococcus and swine pneumonia mycobacteria, chicken septicaemia mycobacteria sensitive to this product, but enterococci are generally resistant to this product; anaerobic bacteria, such as Mycobacterium avium, tetanus bacillus, clostridium, clostridium weilandii, digestive coccus and so on, are also sensitive to this product.
It is mainly used for the treatment of various infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria, especially penicillin-resistant Gram-positive bacteria, chronic respiratory disease caused by mycoplasma, porcine asthma, anaerobic infections, such as necrotizing enterocolitis in chickens, etc., and it is also used for the treatment of porcine spirochete dysentery, toxoplasmosis, and actinomycosis in dogs and cats.
Uses and functions of Lincomycin Hydrochloride.
Lincomycin Hydrochloride is a semi-synthetic, chlorinated derivative of lincomycin, which is useful in the treatment of septicaemia caused by most gram-negative bacteria and certain anaerobes, the female genital tract, endometritis, non-gonorrheal tubo-ovarian abscess, pelvic cellulitis, postoperative vaginal adnexal infections, peritonitis, abscesses, pneumonia, lung abscesses, skin and soft tissue infections.
It is also used for sepsis caused by streptococci and staphylococci, bone and joint infections, surgical adjuvant treatment of chronic bone and joint infections, acute haematogenous osteomyelitis caused by staphylococci, etc. It can also be used for the treatment of infections caused by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
However, the product cannot penetrate into the cerebrospinal fluid, so it is not suitable for the treatment of meningitis. Topical use can be used to treat gram-positive bacteria purulent infections.
Clinical applications of Lincomycin Hydrochloride.
1. Oral preparations are suitable for the treatment of respiratory tract infections, abdominal infections, female genital tract infections, pelvic infections, skin and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive staphylococci, streptococci, pneumococci and anaerobes.
2. In addition to the above infections, the injectable preparation can also be used for the treatment of serious infections caused by streptococci, pneumococci and staphylococci, such as sepsis, bone and joint infections, surgical adjuvant treatment of chronic bone and joint infections, acute haematogenous osteomyelitis caused by staphylococci, and so on.
3. Lincomycin hydrochloride can also be used for the treatment of infectious diseases that are allergic to penicillin or unsuitable for penicillins.
Tablet: 0.25g, 0.5g per tablet; Injection: 0.2g, 0.6g per injection.
Drug interactions of Bulk Lincomycin Hydrochloride Powder.
(i) Synergistic effect when combined with Spectinomycin. Synergistic effect on staphylococci and streptococci when combined with gentamicin. Combined with erythromycin has an antagonistic effect.
Combined with aminoglycoside and peptide antibiotics, it may intensify the blocking effect on nerve-muscle junction.
Combined with antidiarrhoeal drugs that inhibit intestinal peristalsis, the intestinal toxins are delayed, leading to increased diarrhoea and prolonged.
