Product details
Calcipotriene Powder is a vitamin D derivative that binds to cell surface VD3 receptors to regulate intracellular DNA and keratin synthesis. Calcipotriene CAS 112965-21-6 inhibits overproliferation and induces differentiation of skin cells (keratinocytes), thereby correcting the abnormal proliferation and differentiation of psoriatic skin cells. Calcipotriene Raw Materials regulates the release of cellular inflammatory factors, inhibits inflammatory infiltration and proliferation, and acts as an anti-inflammatory agent. It is more effective in the treatment of psoriasis in specific areas such as the scalp.
Application/Function of Calcipotriene Powder.
Calcipotriene CAS 112965-21-6 is a synthetic derivative of calcitriol that induces differentiation of keratinocytes, inhibits their proliferation, reverses abnormal changes of keratinocytes in psoriasis, and promotes normal epidermal growth.
Calcipotriene CAS 112965-21-6 is used for psoriasis.
Calcipotriene Powder the name of a western medicine. Commonly used in the form of application, ointment. It is a topical skin drug. It is used for the treatment of head psoriasis. If used together with other drugs, drug interactions may occur, please consult your physician or pharmacist for details. It is a topical preparation of vitamin D derivative carbostriol, which can inhibit the proliferation of skin cells (keratinocytes) and induce their differentiation, so that the abnormal proliferation and differentiation of psoriasis lesions can be corrected.
Calcipotriene Powder is a topical preparation of the vitamin D derivative carbotriol, which inhibits the proliferation of skin cells and induces their differentiation so that the abnormalities in the proliferation and differentiation of psoriatic lesions can be corrected.
Calcipotriene CAS 112965-21-6 is generally used for the topical treatment of common psoriasis. The most common adverse reactions are mostly skin reactions, especially at the site of administration, which may include localized itching, tingling, burning sensation, and dry skin. Hypercalcemia and hyperuricemia leading to systemic reactions after topical application are very rare. Calcipotriene CAS 112965-21-6 Ointment should not be used on the face and any residual medication must be carefully washed off the hands after each application.
Production Method of Calcipotriene Powder
Take vitamin D2(Ⅰ) as raw material. Vitamin D2 (12.5g, 31.5mmo1) was dissolved in 50ml liquid sulfur dioxide, stirred and refluxed for 30min, evaporated the sulfur dioxide, and the residual solution was dried under vacuum. Then dissolved in 100ml dimethylformamide, then added imidazole (4.5g, 66mmo1) and tert-butyldimethylsilyl chloride (5.0g, 33mmo1), stirred at 20°C for 90min. The reaction solution was partitioned between 500ml ethyl acetate and 200ml water.
The organic layer was partitioned, washed with water and brine, dried, and concentrated. The residue was separated by chromatography (eluted with petroleum ether solution of 30% ether) to give 9.4 g of compound (IIa), 52% yield, melting point 117-118°C (decomposition); and 7.7 g of compound (IIb), 42% yield, melting point 121-122°C (decomposition).
