Betahistine Dihydrochloride Powder Usage and Synthesis.
- Betahistine Dihydrochloride is a histamine H1 agonist and a histamine vasodilator. It can increase cerebral blood flow and inner ear blood flow, relax the pre-capillary sphincter in the inner ear, and eliminate inner ear vertigo, tinnitus and ear occlusion.
- Betahistine hydrochloride is a drug for the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and is a long-acting beta2 agonist. It can reduce dyspnea and wheezing by dilating the bronchial smooth muscle and allowing the airway to open up.
- Betahistine hydrochloride can be administered by mouth or by inhalation. Common side effects include headache, tremors, palpitations, and dry mouth. Before using betahistine hydrochloride, you should consult your doctor and follow his instructions.
Application/Function of Betahistine Dihydrochloride Powder.
- 1. Mainly used for the treatment of Meniere's disease (an idiopathic inner ear disease), acute and chronic ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
- 2. It is used for the treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis, ischemic cerebrovascular disease, upright vertigo due to head trauma or hypertension, dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, inner ear vertigo, etc. It has a relieving effect on headache of many causes.
- 3. It also has obvious curative effect on decubitus ulcers.
- 4. Betahistine hydrochloride is mainly used for Meniere's syndrome, vascular headache and cerebral arteriosclerosis.
- 5. It can be used for the treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, transient cerebral insufficiency of blood supply, etc;
- 6. It is also effective for upright vertigo and tinnitus caused by hypertension.
Betahistine hydrochloride tablets are mainly used for the treatment of Meniere's syndrome, vascular headache and cerebral atherosclerosis, and for the treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, and transient cerebral insufficiency of blood supply, etc. They are also effective for upright vertigo and tinnitus caused by hypertension.
Betahistine tablets have a relatively obvious dilating effect on cerebrovascular and cardiovascular, especially on the vertebral basilar artery system, which can significantly increase blood flow to the heart, brain and peripheral circulation, improve blood circulation, and lower systemic blood pressure. In addition, it can increase cochlear and vestibular blood flow, thus eliminating inner ear vertigo, tinnitus and aural closure. It can also increase capillary permeability, promote the absorption of extracellular fluid and eliminate intra-lymphoid edema.
Betahistine HCL has a similar dilating effect on capillaries as histamine, but does not increase their permeability. It significantly increases cerebral and inner ear blood flow, eliminates endolymphatic edema, and directly inhibits a large number of impulses produced by polysynaptic type I neurons in the vestibular nucleus, thereby eliminating vertigo, tinnitus, and aural closure in Meniere's syndrome. The drug also has a mild anticoagulant, antiplatelet aggregation, blood viscosity reduction and diuretic effect.
Mechanism of action of Betahistine Dihydrochloride Powder:
Betahistine Dihydrochloride has a more pronounced dilating effect on cerebrovascular and cardiovascular, especially on the vertebral basilar artery system, significantly increasing blood flow in the heart, brain and peripheral circulation, improving blood circulation and lowering systemic blood pressure, in addition to increasing blood flow in the cochlea and vestibule, thus eliminating inner ear vertigo, tinnitus and a sense of ear closure, as well as increasing capillary permeability, promoting the absorption of extracellular fluid and eliminating intra-lymphatic edema;
It can counteract the vasoconstrictive effect of catecholamines and lower arterial pressure, and inhibit plasma coagulation and ADP-induced platelet agglutination, prolong the time of thrombosis in vitro in rats, and have a slight diuretic effect.
Betahistine hydrochloride is used for the treatment of inner ear vertigo (i.e. Meniere's syndrome), cerebral atherosclerosis, cerebral insufficiency of blood supply, and vertigo, vomiting and tinnitus due to hypertension.
Betahistine hydrochloride is a vasodilator, mainly used for inner ear vertigo, but also for cerebral atherosclerosis, ischemic cerebrovascular disease and hypertension-induced postural vertigo and tinnitus. It is an h1 receptor agonist, which has significant dilating effects on cerebral and cardiovascular vessels, especially on the basilar artery system, significantly increasing blood flow in the heart, brain and peripheral circulation, improving blood circulation and lowering systemic blood pressure.
It can also increase cochlear and vestibular blood flow, thus eliminating inner ear vertigo, tinnitus and ear occlusion. It can also increase capillary permeability, promote the absorption of extracellular fluid, eliminate intra-lymphatic edema, counteract the vasoconstrictive effect of catecholamines and lower arterial pressure, inhibit blood coagulation and ADP-induced platelet agglutination, and prolong the time of thrombosis in vitro.
