Ibuprofen Powder Usage and Synthesis.
1、Relief of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondyloarthropathies, gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other chronic arthritis of acute attacks or persistent joint swelling and pain symptoms, no etiological treatment and control of the course of the disease.
2、Treatment of non-articular rheumatic pain of various soft tissues, such as shoulder pain, tenosynovitis, bursitis, myalgia and post-sport injury pain.
3, Acute mild and moderate pain such as: post-surgery, post-trauma, post-strain, primary dysmenorrhoea, toothache, headache and so on.

1、Pharmacodynamics
The mechanism of analgesic and anti-inflammatory action of ibuprofen has not been fully elucidated, and it may act locally in inflamed tissues by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins or other transmitters, and due to the inhibition of leukocyte activity and lysosomal enzyme release, the local nociceptive impulses of the tissues are reduced, and the sensitivity of the nociceptive receptors is reduced. Treatment of gout is by anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and does not correct hyperuricaemia. The mechanism of action in the treatment of dysmenorrhoea may be the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis leading to a decrease in intrauterine pressure and a reduction in contractions.
2、Pharmacokinetics
It is easily absorbed when taken orally, when taken with food, the absorption is slowed down, but the amount of absorption is not reduced. Taking with antacids containing aluminium and magnesium does not affect absorption. The plasma protein binding rate is 99%. The blood concentration reaches the peak 1.2~2.1 hours after taking the drug, the dosage of 200mg, the blood concentration is 22~27μg/ml, the dosage of 400mg is 23~45μg/ml, the dosage of 600mg is 43~57μg/ml.The half-life of the drug after a single dose is generally 1.8~2 hours. The product is metabolised in the liver, 60-90% is excreted in the urine via the kidneys, and 100% is excreted within 24 hours, of which about 1% is in its original form and a portion is excreted in the faeces.
