CONCLUSION: Garcinia cambogia extract has a proliferation inhibitory effect on LNCaP cells, and its mechanism may be to promote apoptosis by inhibiting the PI3K/Akt cell signalling pathway to down-regulate the expression of Bcl-2 protein.
