Sulpiride Powder Usage and Synthesis.
Sulpiride belongs to the benzamide class of compounds and is an atypical antipsychotic. In the hypothalamus, cerebral bridge and medulla oblongata, it can antagonise D1 and D2 receptors, and also has some antagonistic effect on D3 and D4 receptors. It has an activating affective effect.
① It is more effective in symptoms of indifference, withdrawal, woodlust, depression, hallucination and delusion, and is suitable for the symptoms of withdrawal, withdrawal and indifference in schizophrenia simple type, paranoid type, nervous type and chronic schizophrenia; it is effective in depressive symptoms.
② It is used in the treatment of vomiting, alcoholic psychosis, mental retardation with personality disorder, gastric and duodenal ulcers.

It has strong effects against rigidity, withdrawal, hallucination, delusion and mental confusion, and has certain antidepressant effects. It has strong central antiemetic effect. Weak anticholinergic effect, no sedative-hypnotic effect and anti-excitement agitation effect.
Sulpiride is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and the peak blood concentration can be reached in 2 hours. When the product is taken orally for 48 hours, 30% of the oral dose is excreted in the urine and part of it is excreted in the faeces.
The plasma half-life is 8 to 9 hours and it is excreted mainly by the kidneys. It is excreted in breast milk. Animal studies have shown that the product can cross the placental barrier and enter the umbilical blood circulation.
Undesirable Effect of Bulk Sulpiride Powder.
