    Product Overview:

    Sycamore gum is a slightly sour natural macromolecular polysaccharide with a molecular weight of up to 9 million daltons. Gum powder in water is not dissolved into a true solution, but greatly absorb water expansion into a gel (can be increased to 60-100 times the original volume. The solubility in water is maximum at pH 6-8; the viscosity of the solution also changes with the change of pH.
