Product Overview:
Phosphoric acid is a common inorganic acid and is a medium to strong acid.
Its acidity is weaker than strong acids such as sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, but stronger than weak acids such as acetic acid, boric acid and carbonic acid. When phosphoric acid reacts with sodium carbonate at different pH, different acid salts can be produced. It can irritate the skin to cause inflammation and destroy muscle tissue. Concentrated phosphoric acid has an erosive effect when heated in porcelain. There is hygroscopicity, sealed and stored. Commercially available phosphoric acid is a viscous concentrated solution containing H3PO482%, phosphoric acid solution viscosity is larger due to the existence of hydrogen bonds in the solution.

Phosphoric Acid Powder Usage and Synthesis.
The main application areas of phosphoric acid are as follows: metal surface steel pipe phosphating treatment, preparation of electrolytic polishing solution and chemical polishing solution;
Polishing of aluminium products; the manufacture of various phosphates, feed grade calcium phosphate, acid manganese phosphate, potassium pyrophosphate;
Pharmaceutical industry for the manufacture of sodium glycerophosphate, iron phosphate, the manufacture of penicillin to regulate the pH; for the manufacture of zinc phosphate as a dental fillings when the adhesive; plastics for phenolic resin condensation catalyst; dyes and intermediates production of desiccant;

Uses of Phosphoric Acid.
Wet process phosphoric acid is mainly used for the manufacture of various phosphates, such as ammonium phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, trisodium phosphate, etc. and condensed phosphates. Refined phosphoric acid is used to make calcium phosphate for feed. It is used for phosphate treatment of metal surface, and the preparation of electrolytic polishing solution and chemical polishing solution is used for the polishing of aluminium products.
Pharmaceutical industry for the manufacture of sodium glycerophosphate, iron phosphate, etc., but also for the manufacture of zinc phosphate as dental fillings adhesive. Used as a catalyst for phenolic resin condensation, dyes and intermediates production of desiccant. Printing industry for the preparation of wipe offset colour printing plate stains on the cleaning solution. It is also used to formulate impregnating liquid for matchsticks.
Metallurgical industry for the production of phosphoric acid refractory mud, improve the life of steelmaking furnace. It is the solidifying agent for rubber paste and the raw material for producing inorganic binder. Used in paint industry as antirust paint for metal.
Pharmacological action of Phosphoric Acid.
Product Method of Bulk Phosphoric Acid Powder.
The precipitant barium hydroxide is slowly added to the sulphur reduction tank containing crude phosphoric acid, heated to 95 ℃ with stirring and maintained for 20min and then put into the aging tank, aging for about 26d. The lower turbid liquid is filtered to recover phosphoric acid, and the upper clear liquid is heated to 85℃ and pumped to the top of the arsenic removal filling tower, and H2S gas is passed from the bottom of the tower.
Excess tail gas from the top of the tower into the NaOH solution neutralisation tank, with suspended blocks of phosphoric acid slurry from the bottom of the tower out of the material into the coalescence tank, and heated to 90 ℃, and then through the filtration tank, adjusting the tank (maintaining the temperature of 80 ℃), and then into the adsorption tank. The temperature of the adsorption tank is controlled at 80 ℃, add activated carbon, diatomaceous earth for stirring adsorption for 1 h. Finally, it enters the filtration slurry tank, and is filtered at 55 ℃ to obtain food grade phosphoric acid.
