Phytic Acid raw Materials powder Phytic Acid
Product Overview:
As a very important natural substance, phytate is widely found in plants such as pulses, cereals, dried fruits, vegetables and fruits, and is especially found in the highest amounts in seeds, which are used by seeds as a way of storing phosphorus (at least 80 per cent of all phosphorus in cereals is in the form of phytate), which is well stabilised and non-perishable. If it is combined with a mineral such as magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc and other cations, it forms phytates and is immobilised, thus phytates are a key factor in phosphorus nutrition and mineral nutrition.

Phytic Acid raw Materials powder Phytic Acid Details
Phytic Acid powder Usage and Synthesis.
The principle of Valproic Acid in skin care is somewhat similar to that of Tretinoin, which can inhibit tyrosinase activity in the body, thus controlling skin pigmentation. However, because it is derived from plants and is edible, it has a low allergenicity and high safety level when it comes to antioxidant and whitening effects, and is considered to be an ideal alternative to tretinoin.
Phytic acid antioxidant and anti-free radicals, because of the chelating properties of phytic acid, because most oxidation processes in nature need metal ions as a catalyst, the process will produce highly reactive free radicals, by complexing iron ions, can reduce the generation of free radicals, but also slow down the oxidation reaction, and only counted on the more stable.
These roles have been concerned by the cosmetic field, so the value of the acid component has been increasingly important in recent years. In addition, the value of the acid also has the role of gentle exfoliation, compared to other acid ingredients such as if the acid, the same PH conditions it will be much milder. The value acid binds to the calcium within the pores and softens it, helping to make the pores temporarily smaller.
Studies have also shown that phytic acid reduces inflammation, so it's great for people with sensitive skin or rosacea.
Uses of Phytic Acid.
A mineral chelator that binds to minerals to form mineral-phytate complexes. It can also complex with metal ions bound to the surface of the magnesium alloy to form a conversion coating, which can increase the resistance of the magnesium alloy to corrosion.
With antioxidant and chelating effect, it can be used for antioxidant of fruit and vegetable products, fruit and vegetable juice and beverage, edible fat and meat products, the maximum use level is 0.2g/kg, and it can also be used for preservation of prawns, it can be used in appropriate amount according to the need of production, and the residual amount is 20mg/kg.
Preparation method of Phytic Acid.
Product Methods of Phytic Acid.
Widespread in nature, but hardly ever in a separate free state. It is generally widespread in plants in the form of complex salts of calcium, magnesium or potassium (calcium magnesium isopropyl hexaphosphate) and complexes of proteins, e it is often found in seeds, grains, germ and rice bran. There are many literature reports on the preparation of this product.
Rice bran or wheat bran as raw material, filtered after soaking in dilute acid, neutralised and precipitated with lime and sodium hydroxide, then acidified and exchanged with ion exchange resins, concentrated under reduced pressure, decolourised and filtered to obtain the finished product. Alternatively, it can be chemically synthesised from cyclohexanol and inorganic phosphoric acid, or by using calcium and magnesium phytate as raw materials to remove metal ions. It can also be extracted from corn activated sludge.
