Puerarin Powder Usage and Synthesis.

Puerarin, also known as Pueraria Mirifica, is a natural isoflavone carbon glycoside, which is the key component of Pueraria Mirifica to exert its medicinal effect. Puerarin has the effect of lowering blood sugar, regulating blood lipids, protecting blood vessels, resisting oxidative stress, resisting infection, improving insulin sensitivity index, etc., and with fewer adverse effects, it is known as "phytoestrogen", and is clinically used in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebral vascular diseases, cancer, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes mellitus and diabetes mellitus and other diseases.

Uses and functions of Andrographolide.

Pueraria Mirifica crude extract and Pueraria Mirifica had regulatory effects on the proliferation inhibition, apoptosis induction and cell cycle of hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC-7721, both of which could inhibit their growth to varying degrees, and Pueraria Mirifica crude extract induced the apoptosis of SMMC-7721 cells.

Pueraria lobata could promote the proliferation of human T lymphocyte γδT and could increase its killing activity, while the proliferation of γδT cells might be related to the activation of P-ERKl/2 signalling pathway with the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 by pueraria lobata, and the increase in the killing activity of γδT cells against hepatocellular carcinoma cells SMMC-7721 might be related to the expression of granzyme B, perforin, and CD107a in γδT cells.

It can be used to assist in the treatment of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, retinal arterial and venous obstruction, sudden deafness and ischaemic cerebrovascular disease, paediatric viral myocarditis, diabetes mellitus and so on.

Pharmacological Effect of Puerarin.

Kudzu is the root of the leguminous plant sweet kudzu vine (pink kudzu) PuerariathomsoniiBenth. or wild kudzu Puerarialobata (Willd.) Ohwi. Sweet, pungent and cool in nature.

Attributed to the spleen, stomach and lung meridians. It has the effect of relieving muscle and fever, penetrating rash, generating fluids to quench thirst, elevating Yang to stop diarrhoea, activating meridians and collaterals, and detoxifying alcohol. It is often used for external headache and fever, strong pain in the neck and back, impenetrable measles, thirst, thirst, hot diarrhoea, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache, hemiplegia, chest paralysis and heart pain, and alcohol poisoning.

Pueraria Mirifica contains a variety of active ingredients, mainly Puerarin. Puerarin Chinese alias 8-beta-D-glucopyranose-4',7-dihydroxyisoflavone. Toxicological Effect of  Bulk Puerarin Powder.

The LD50 of the product in mice injected intravenously and intraperitoneally was 634.3mg/kg and 1412.2mg/kg, respectively.Long-term toxicological experiments in animals showed that Puerarin has no accumulation toxicity, and has no significant toxicity to the heart, liver, lungs, spleen and kidneys. Mutagenicity test showed that Puerarin did not have any mutagenic activity. Teratogenic test showed that Puerarin has no teratogenic effect on female rat embryos and male rat germ cells.
