Sulfachloropyrazine sodium, chemical name: 4-Amino-N-(6-chloro-2-pyrazinyl)benzenesulfonamide sodium monohydrate. White or yellowish powder. Sulfachloropyrazine sodium competes for dihydrofolate synthase and affects the synthesis of dihydrofolate, thus inhibiting the growth and reproduction of bacteria and coccidia.

Sulfachloropyrazine sodium has similar action characteristics to sulfaquinoxaline on poultry coccidiosis, but with stronger antibacterial effect, it can even treat avian cholera and fowl typhoid, so it is the most suitable for the treatment of coccidiosis outbreak.

Uses and functions of Sulfachloropyrazine Sodium.

Sulfachloropyrazine sodium is a specialised sulphonamide drug against coccidiosis, which is widely used in livestock and poultry coccidiosis. It can compete with dihydrofolate synthase to affect the synthesis of dihydrofolate, thus inhibiting the growth and reproduction of bacteria and coccidia.
